Between the years of 2000-2015 Mina had the honour of working for deluxe hotels in Istanbul including Four Seasons, The Ritz Carlton and Park Hyatt as a marketing & sales professional. She specialized in brand marketing and event organizations of luxury hotels. She has worked in managerial positions in marketing, public relations, sales, catering sales and operations.
She had the privilege to work for a luxury hotel chain’s first hotel in Turkey and create brand awareness, tell the brand story and introduce the brand to the local market.
She has been involved in the management of hundreds of special protocol events, including local and foreign government groups, Hollywood stars and large corporate groups.
She conducted the creation of brand visual identity, social media communication, planning, budgeting and operation of organization days, sponsor supply and sponsor relations of social responsibility projects.
Nilifer is the head of client relations and business operations consultant of the team.
She had bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Middle East Technical University and has over 30 years of management and IT experience.
Her impressive resume includes managerial work experiences in Sabancı Holding, Caffe Nero Gıda Ürünleri A.Ş., and Shaya Mağazacılık A.Ş. (All Arcadia Brands, Starbucks, Debenhams, The Body Shop, Le Pain Quotidien, Claires) where she worked as the head of IT department from the pre-opening stages of brands’ Turkey operation.
Her core competences mainly focus on startup projects, solution support, team building and direction, B2B, B2C, IT service management, data mining, CRM, loyalty card projects and business processes improvement. In data protection compliance projects, she provides services as the IT consultant to lead the IT department of the relevant client.
In 2017, Mina & Nili started their own creative agency offering advertising, events & business operations consultancy.
